We had been considering installing a combined Finnish and infrared sauna in our home. Due to the layout of our space, it was necessary to create a custom design and, among other things, purchase and install your infrared technology. Ms. Andrea Krüger provided us with the consultation and handled the sale. The advice she gave us was—and remains—the kind of exceptional service that is rarely found these days. Ms. Krüger was extremely helpful, courteous, proactive, completely straightforward, and friendly. We would like to take this opportunity to thank her once again for her excellent work.

Unfortunately, I’ve had hay fever since childhood, and until now I’ve always had to take pills during the early blooming season. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) helped a little last year, but I still had to take my pills. So far this year, I haven’t had to take a single pill. I also notice that my bronchial tubes feel more open than usual for this time of year. Of course, I still feel the pollen when exposure is very high—the typical symptoms like sneezing and rubbing my eyes do occur—but in a significantly or much milder form.

I use the device every day or every other day. Each session lasts about 45–50 minutes at 50% infrared cabin power.

I highly recommend this product to anyone who suffers from hay fever, bronchial issues, or immune system problems.

A prerequisite is the use of the Physiotherm cabin in combination with consistent daily use or regular sessions.
