November Blues? About longing and doing nothing...

In summer, we usually have a high energy level, but now, in November, many of us find our batteries are empty.
The body feels the onset of autumn and longs for peace, warmth and comfort.

Many of us plan to "just sleep" or "just do nothing" at the weekend, lying on the couch and aimlessly binging on TV & co. But this is counterproductive and doesn't work as an energy booster. Falling temperatures and a lack of daylight are to blame for the seasonal autumn slump. The body lacks UV light, which is partly responsible for the production of the happiness hormone serotonin. Instead, the body produces an excess of melatonin - the sleep hormone.

What can you do about it?

Daylight, regular exercise in the fresh air, a conscious diet and a positive mindset help us through the dark season.
Heat treatments arealso very helpful in improving well-being and regenerating the body. Physiotherm infrared cabins also support the heat application with a daylight spectrum or colored light bath. The senses are also stimulated with music and aroma bath fragrances.

A good way to get through the November blues!
