Design infrared cabin for 2 persons

I've been using my Physiotherm infrared cabin after sport for six months now. The heat is really good for my muscles and helps me to regenerate more quickly. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to get fit again quickly after training.

Unfortunately, I have had hay fever since childhood, and until now I always had to take tablets during the early flowering season. TCM helped a little last year, but I still had to take my tablets. This year, I haven't had to take a single tablet so far. I also notice that my bronchial tubes are more voluminous than normal for this time of year. Of course, I still feel the pollen when it is particularly heavy, and the typical symptoms such as sneezing and rubbing my eyes occur, but in a much milder form.

I use the device every day or every other day. Session at 50% infrared cabin power, approx. 45-50 min.

For me, this is a clear recommendation for anyone who suffers from hay fever, bronchial problems, or immune system issues.

The basic requirement is combination with the Physiotherm cabin with consistent daily use or regular sessions.
