Aromatherapy for sauna & infrared cabin - ideally matched

Unfortunately, I’ve had hay fever since childhood, and until now I’ve always had to take pills during the early-blooming season. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) helped a little last year, but I still had to take my pills. So far this year, I haven’t had to take a single pill.
