I have the Ergo-Balance Relax single-person treatment cabin. Delivery and setup went smoothly. Unfortunately, I’ve had hay fever since childhood, and until now I’ve always had to take pills during the early blooming season. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) helped a little last year, but I still had to take my pills. So far this year, I haven’t had to take a single pill. I also notice that my bronchial tubes feel more open than usual for this time of year. Of course, I still feel the pollen when exposure is very high—the typical symptoms like sneezing and rubbing my eyes do occur—but in a significantly or much milder form.

I use the device every day or every other day. Each session lasts about 45–50 minutes at 50% infrared cabin power.
