Tyrol Meets South Tyrol
Physiotherm and the fashion label Luis Trenker celebrate their partnership
On April 13, 2023, the partnership between the successful infrared company Physiotherm and the fashion and lifestyle label Luis Trenker was celebrated under the theme “Tyrol Meets South Tyrol,” with special guest Hans Sigl. The event also served as the official launch of the exclusive Luis Trenker Edition 2.0 infrared cabin.
This special infrared reclining cabin was developed jointly for health-oriented customers with high design and quality standards, for wellness providers and for the hotel industry in the Alpine regions of Austria, South Tyrol, Germany and Switzerland.
The presentation took place in front of 150 invited guests and partners from the upscale hotel industry, politics, business and the media in the recently modernized Physiotherm showroom in Thaur. Following the success of the predecessor model Luis Trenker Edition Version 1.0, with over 800 models sold, the new Version 2.0 is now being produced in a strictly exclusive and limited edition of 425 units.
The evening was hosted by the well-known Tyrolean presenter Denise Neher. Host, Managing Director and owner of Physiotherm, Josef Gunsch, together with cooperation partner Michi Klemera, founder and owner of the alpine fashion & lifestyle label Luis Trenker and special guest Hans Sigl, spoke on the topics of health, lifestyle and design.
According to Michi Klemera, the down-to-earth attitude and high quality standards are the reasons why Physiotherm and the fashion & lifestyle label Luis Trenker harmonize as brands.
"Physiotherm's goal is and remains to make people healthier and therefore happier."
Josef Gunsch, Physiotherm Managing Director
Hans Sigl, actor and best-known TV doctor in the Alpine world, talked about his time as a nurse in civilian service at the Innsbruck clinic, about the feel-good character of the "Bergdoktor" series, why people always want to entrust him with their medical history and explained his relationship to wellness and health.
This evening event was also the starting signal for the official launch of the new Luis Trenker 2.0. infrared cabin. The cabin's special features include its unique design, with a nostalgic image from the film "Love Letters from the Engadin" on the inside wall, selected materials made of grey spruce, a retro ski as a door handle, an extra-large colored light, partially upholstered walls and elegant Bowers & Wilkins loudspeakers. Paired with the patented Physiotherm SENSOcare® low-temperature technology, this cabin offers a special feel-good experience.
