I’ve been using my Physiotherm infrared sauna after working out for the past six months. The heat really does my muscles good and helps me recover faster. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to get back in shape quickly after a workout.

Unfortunately, I’ve had hay fever since childhood, and until now I’ve always had to take pills during the early blooming season. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) helped a little last year, but I still had to take my pills. So far this year, I haven’t had to take a single pill. I also notice that my bronchial tubes feel more open than usual for this time of year. Of course, I still feel the pollen when exposure is very high—the typical symptoms like sneezing and rubbing my eyes do occur—but in a significantly or much milder form.

I use the device every day or every other day. Each session lasts about 45–50 minutes at 50% infrared cabin power.

I highly recommend this product to anyone who suffers from hay fever, bronchial issues, or immune system problems.
